xBUILD 3000

Industrial-scale production with maximum material versatility

Advanced industrial 3d printing with reliability and efficiency

The xBUILD 3000 is engineered for industrial additive manufacturing, combining enhanced performance with full-field multilaser capability and robust, versatile operation. Designed to fit different part sizes, and complexity, as well as workflow and production volumes, it adapts to your specific needs. Advanced features like Automatic Multilaser Alignment (AMA), Melt Pool Monitoring, and a closed inert powder circuit ensure consistent quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key strengths

High process reliability

Ensure consistently high part quality with our shielding gas concept and actively heated/cooled build plate, keeping the process chamber and optics clean while maintaining stable melting conditions—even for demanding alloys and industrial series production.

Reducing costs, maintaining quality and productivity

Achieve high-quality, efficient production with the Automatic Multilaser Alignment (AMA), which checks alignment every two layers with 40 μm accuracy. The option includes two 80 μm lasers with defocus up to 200 μm.

Flexible production setup

Streamline production with a flexible setup featuring an integrated powder conveyor for fast unpacking in shielding gas, removable build modules for quick restart, and Powder Handling Stations that reclaim and sieve used powder directly into supply modules.

Seamless monitoring for superior quality

Ensure build quality thanks to Powder Bed Monitoring which, thanks to an integrated camera, can detect process defects. Additionally Melt Pool Monitoring recognizes deviations in the laser melting process. Lastly, additional options, including laser power calibration, focus position measurement, and scan field calibration, allow verification, recalibration, and full documentation of certified processes.

Safe and clean powder handling

A closed powder cycle with an integrated conveyor and dedicated sieving station, enables inert powder handling via the glovebox, preserving powder properties and preventing oxygen or moisture absorption for a clean and safe production environment.
