xBUILD 2000

High process quality for medium-sized parts: all in a compact design

Powerful entry point
into high-quality 3d printing

The xBUILD 2000 is designed to deliver outstanding print quality without compromise. It combines efficiency and reliability to ensure consistently excellent results across a wide range of applications.

Its well-balanced concept enables flexible part positioning and smooth production workflows, supporting stable and user-friendly operation. With its compact design and strong productivity, it provides a powerful entry point into high-quality additive manufacturing.

Key strengths

High productive printing in premium quality

Achieve high productivity and excellent surface finish in 3D parts with the full-field multilaser—2 fiber lasers (300 W, optionally 500 W) with 80 μm beam diameter. Thanks to Automatic Multilaser Alignment (AMA), which checks alignment every two layers with 40 μm accuracy, stable performance is guaranteed.

Low parts costs

Benefit from a perfectly coordinated machine concept, producing high-quality, low-cost 3D parts with high productivity through multilaser, fast unpacking, optimized powder handling, and minimal peripherals in a 202 × 202 × 200 mm build module.

Quick and easy setup

Easily arrange components on the square build plate, even in the corners, without any interfering screws, while the optimized optical design ensures high-quality results.

Smart process monitoring

Ensure the highest quality standards with our industrial monitoring system. The system continuously checks the build status layer by layer, using Powder Bed Monitoring with an integrated camera to detect process defects, and Melt Pool Monitoring to identify deviations in the laser melting process.

Safe & inert powder handling

Handle parts and powder safely with xBUILD 2000’s inert, closed powder cycle, using the integrated powder conveyor and Powder Preparation Station for sieving and refilling powder under shielding gas.

Hybrid manufacturing with Preform

Combine conventional production with industrial 3D printing using Preform, printing precise additive structures directly on prefabricated blanks to reduce part costs and boost productivity.

Best solution for dental applications

The production of implant-supported dentures is the fastest-growing segment in the global dental industry. The xBUILD 2000 is ideally suited for manufacturing model cast prosthetics, thanks to its large square build plate (L 202 × W 202 × H 200 mm).

Compared to round build plates, the square design allows up to 36% more removable partial dentures (RPDs) per build. With the xBUILD 2000, average printing times of less than 10 minutes per RPD can be achieved—significantly increasing productivity and efficiency.
