Building an Inclusive Future: Our Journey Toward Gender Equality Certification

From culture and governance to pay equity and work–life balance, we are actively advancing our path toward Gender Equality Certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022), engaging our people and turning inclusion into everyday action.

Every journey begins with a first step, and we are proud to announce the launch of our project to achieve Gender Equality Certification, in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022.

More than a formal recognition, this certification represents an opportunity to take a structured and transparent look at how we operate across key areas, including organizational culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, opportunities for women, gender pay equity, and support for parenthood and work–life balance. These are values already embedded in our culture, and the certification provides a clear framework to measure, improve, and further strengthen them.

Our approach begins with a thorough review of existing practices and the collection of insights across the organization. This will be followed by a gap analysis, the definition of baseline KPIs, and the development of a structured roadmap to guide continuous improvement in a consistent and measurable way.

In the coming weeks, we will also launch internal initiatives to actively engage our people, share progress, gather feedback, and encourage participation across all levels of the organization. We believe that building a truly inclusive workplace is a shared responsibility.

This certification journey reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a work environment where equity, inclusion, and respect are not just aspirations, but fundamental principles that guide how we work every day.
