A Successful Customer Day at the ATLIX Facility in Ditzingen with Over 60 German Customers

22 June 2026

On June 18, ATLIX welcomed over 60 German customers to its Ditzingen facility for a Customer Day focused on exchange, collaboration, and additive manufacturing innovation across industries.

On June 18, ATLIX had the pleasure of welcoming more than 60 customers from across Germany to its facility in Ditzingen for a dedicated Customer Day. The event was more than a simple gathering—it was an opportunity to exchange experiences, share perspectives, and explore the evolving role of additive manufacturing across industries.

From the outset, the intention was to create an open and engaging environment where dialogue could take center stage. Throughout the day, presentations, discussions, and networking moments were combined with an informal setting that encouraged authentic exchange between customers, partners, and ATLIX teams.

A key theme running through the event was continuity. While ATLIX is a new name in the market, it is built on the same people, expertise, and commitment that customers have trusted for years. This foundation was present in every conversation and reinforced the shared confidence in the path ahead.

The program featured a series of insightful presentations from customers, partners, and ATLIX experts, highlighting real-world applications and industry perspectives on additive manufacturing:

Matthias Himmelsbach, CEO, ATLIX
Christian Ruf, Director Digital & Innovation, VfB Stuttgart 1893
Frank Reinauer, Senior Director Division Implants, KLS Martin Group
Uwe Schulmeister, Head of Metal Laser Melting, Toolcraft AG
Marco Werling, CEO & Founder, Marvel PressTech GmbH
Jochen Heinrich, Development Powder Applications, C. HAFNER GmbH + Co. KG
Alexander Elsen, Senior Vice President Technology & Operations, Heraeus AMLOY Technologies GmbH
Mario Schafnitzel, Project Engineer Industrial Service Center 3D Printing, Airbus Helicopters
Sascha Wörner, Lead Engineer, AUMOVIO Engineering Solutions
Alex Esin, Site Manager, ATLIX
Dennis Pede, Senior Material Engineer, ATLIX
Daniela Senedzuk, Team Lead Technical Service Germany, ATLIX

Their contributions provided valuable insights into how additive manufacturing is being applied across a wide range of industries, from medical technology and healthcare to aerospace, aviation, automation, engineering, and advanced manufacturing. The discussions that followed further enriched the exchange, turning presentations into meaningful dialogue.

What stood out most was the quality of interaction throughout the day: open, direct, and genuinely collaborative. In this environment, ideas naturally evolve into shared understanding, and technology becomes closely connected to practical application.

The Customer Day served as a reminder that progress in additive manufacturing is driven not only by innovation in technology, but also by the exchange between the people who use it, challenge it, and shape its future.

We look forward to continuing these conversations and building the next chapter of additive manufacturing together!
